Amanda Irwin has worked as an HR consultant with clients in a number of different industries. It was while she was employed by a labour broker that she saw how tedious HR can be, and began developing a way to make HR easier, more efficient and more controllable. Based on the desire to make HR simple and accessible, it took two years to develop and launch the software for Resource IT, an HR management system alongside general HR/IR consulting.
