Daryl is a chartered accountant with 11 years' experience in Deloitte’s Strategy practice. His key areas of expertise include strategic cost transformation, innovation and growth strategy development, growth strategy implementation, and strategy development and strategic analysis. Daryl is the Deloitte Africa leader for Strategic Cost Transformation (Cost reduction). He has lead numerous cost reduction and transformation projects and one of the largest Finance Transformation initiatives in South Africa. He has managed many large complex engagements, including strategic reviews, financial assessments, strategic due diligence, large scale strategic growth programmes, cost optimisation projects and strategy facilitation.
