It wouldn’t be a great leap of imagination to think that the Lego Head Offices in Denmark look like the Lego house James May built.
But they’re a lot cooler, and a lot more comfortable. True to Danish simplicity and elegance that is the hallmark of Lego itself, the offices are large and open with primary colours splashed about to add interest.
Lego is derived from Danish ‘leg godt’ which means ‘to play’. The office space reflects this with open plan design, communal meeting spaces, and all kinds of Lego memorabilia displayed.
Are stairs too boring? Take the slide to the floor below…
… Where you can enjoy a game of foosball.
But when things need to get serious, there are screened off meeting areas with comfy couches, colour-coded meeting rooms, and sleek designer desks.
