The SA Council for Business Women (SACBW) is hosting their Western Cape seminar on 8 June 2016 at Garden Court, Mossel Bay.
This forms part of their national congress where they are delivering five seminars in various regions in South Africa as well as the judging for the Business Woman of the Year competition.
The goal of this non-profit organisation is unlocking potential and see women grow to their full potential, reach their goals and succeed in business.
Their 2016 theme is lead the change and keynote speaker, Coenie de Villiers, will address delegates on how the music brain can transform your life and business.
A variety of other speakers will entice attendees with a host of cutting-edge topics and an interactive workshop will be held to assist business women to become more dynamic and self-assured.
The SACBW is represented nationally by successful business women. The council was established with the intention and goal to find an organisation that represents women in business and create a vehicle for women to network, learn from each other, grow and mentor other women in the field of business. Their slogan “Unlocking potential” is key to this organisation as it is the explicit goal to see women grow to their full potential, reach their goals and succeed in business.
This congress is a learning forum designed for leaders, managers and entrepreneurs who want to advance their career or grow their business by proactively pursuing their own professional and personal development. In April and May, they hosted seminars in Gauteng and Durban and later in June they head to Nelspruit and end their series off in July in Bloemfontein.
Well-known South African musician, television personality and successful businessman Coenie de Villiers is a rare combination of creative spirit and solid business sense.
He represents a scintillating combination of right brain and left-brain thinking and shows how it can work for you. The presentation is topped off with Coenie behind the piano illustrating how music can help you to create fresh meaning and wealth in your life and business.
The other speakers include Christie Els will be addressing the delegates about how to sidestep burnout in the workplace and teach them some techniques to cope with stress and everyday challenges that lead to females burning out.
Prof Johnson is going to inform the crowd on how to keep up with the times and vice president of the council and current Mrs Mpumalanga, Diana Jansen, will take the floor by motivating the ladies with the topic lead the change.
Registration for the congress opens at 08:00 and ends at 14h00. The ticket price is R500 for members and R550 for non-members. Snacks, drinks and lunch will be provided during the seminar.
