The SA Council for Business Women (SACBW) is doing things a bit differently this year by hosting a series of seminars as part of their national congress.
Their first seminar is on Friday, 20 February at Forever Hotel in Centurion between 08h00 and 16h00. Women leading the way is the theme with speakers Dineshrie Pillay that will be talking about contract with yourself, Dr. Peter Tobin from POPI Act and Magriet Engelbrecht that will be touching on the topic of gender intelligence in the workplace.
Unlock your potential
The SACBW is a non-profit organisation and is represented nationally by successful business women. The council was established with the intention and goal to find an organisation that represents women in business and create a vehicle for women to network, learn from each other, grow and mentor other women in the field of business.
Their slogan “Unlocking potential” is key to this organisation as it is the explicit goal to see women grow to their full potential, reach their goals and succeed in business.
This congress is a learning forum designed for leaders, managers and entrepreneurs who want to advance their career or grow their business by proactively pursuing their own professional and personal development.

Registration for the congress opens at 08:00. The early bird tickets that is available until 7 February is R350 for members and R450 for non-members. The normal price is R450 for members and R550 for non-members. Snacks, drinks and lunch will be provided during the seminar.
