Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to join a delegation that went to London Expo 2014, to speak at a Homecoming Revolution event.
They are being encouraged to bring their skills and expertise back to their home country to use them to Lead SA.
This year, as we celebrate 20 years of freedom, this galvanising of people and talents is more relevant than ever.
We have achieved much but a lot of work still lies ahead and we need all South Africans to come together to work towards making our country great. It takes one committed citizen to make a difference — and that citizen is you!
Whether it’s physically returning and contributing to the development of South Africa, or changing your mindset and becoming an active citizen, we need you.
Start in your own home and family, do what you can in your own community and exercise your muscles as an active citizen. We all have the power to do this; we all need to start doing it.
