David Hatherell and Isabel Nkosi

Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa (FASSA); Certified Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA); BCommHons (Actuarial Science) – Stellenbosch University and BComm (Actuarial Science) – Stellenbosch University.David has a predictive modelling background and was previously employed by a large South African bank. Being the Head of Capital and Provisions in the retail mortgage space, his primary responsibilities included guiding the model calibration process for IFRS9. He is currently working in the prescriptive modelling team, assisting with IFRS9 related financial modelling and has proven experience in modelling and data analytics. He is currently the national coordinator of the Make A Difference Leadership Foundation Fellow Programme, and he has a passion for starting initiatives that add value to society.Isabel loves working with brands that are committed to using their power to make a positive impact in the lives of their consumers. She holds a BA Hons in Strategic Brand Communications and currently working as a PR Account Executive. She aims to build a career in communications that will one day educate brands and corporates to establish strategic and meaningful connections with their consumers through brand leadership.
