Bertus Coetzee is the Owner & MD of Dolphin Bay, a leading supplier of wood preservative chemicals in Africa. He has overseen the fast but consistent growth of the company. Bertus describes himself as “a cautiously optimistic capitalist”, and draws a constant stream of inspiration from people who inspire him, and perspectives he finds intriguing. He is energised by running a business dedicated to client service, but this alone is not enough, he says. “knowing we can make a difference is so important.
