Mncedisi Xego is the CEO of Royal Fields. Mncedisi has 14 years working experience, covering the broad spectrum of structured finance, corporate credit, corporate law, tax law and international law.

Highlights of his career include serving for 2 years as a credit committee member of the Industrial Development Corporation, serving on the Structuring Committee and Tax Committee of Rand Merchant Bank and FirstRand Bank Limited, respectively, and advising on BEE deals with the aggregate value of R22 billion.

He also represented the Republic of South Africa at the United Nations and Organisation of African Unity whilst in the employ of the Department of Foreign Affairs.
