About the Franchise
Computer Mania was established in the Western Cape in 1991, when having a PC at home was still a dream for most of us. Since then it has grown into the largest independent IT retailer with branches in most major shopping Centres in the Western Cape with recent additions already open, or busy opening, in Gauteng.
Since 1991 the same management team has led Computer Mania and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the process. This allows us to continue growing and to keep up with the ever-changing IT environment.
Franchisee selection criteria
To receive the full benefit of the franchise system, franchisees must be willing to trade within the framework provided by the franchisor. Prior retail experience will be a definite advantage. Staying abreast of technological developments is critical and franchisees will benefit from a keen interest in computer related products.
Franchisee Training
We offer comprehensive inhouse training (initial and ongoing) for both franchisee and staff.
