Christo Calitz, CEO of Taste Holdings Food Division, has said the early evening dinner market is the ideal place to showcase their value-for-money meal offerings. “Maxi’s has the capacity to go a level further in entrenching the brand as a leading family restaurant franchise, and our launch into the dinner trade is a clear testament to our abilities,” he says.
“Our main objective is to position Maxi’s as an all rounded family restaurant that serves the tastes of all consumers, any time of the day,” says Calitz. To optimise this change and meet their objective, Maxi’s has implemented staff and management training, as well as a substantial marketing campaign.
