The EAPA-SA is a branch of EAPA International and specialises in the development and networking of practitioners in the Employee Assistance, Health and Wellness fields.
EAPA-SA, provides leadership to employee assistance professionals, in promoting the national and regional growth and development of EAPs in both the public and private sector workplaces in South Africa. EAPA International represents more than 3 500 individuals and organisations with an interest in employee assistance across 40 countries.
EAPA-SA’s annual national conference is one of the highlights of the professional calendar and is essential for all in the EAP and wellness industry to attend. Feedback from delegates regarding past conferences has endorsed an enriching and professional experience not only for EAP professionals in direct EAP and wellness practice, but also for exhibitors and sponsors attending this major event.
“Our theme this year explores the landscape of South African EAP’s changing and new developments and partnerships. We will explore the old and the new elements as well as create a space for ideas, interaction and debate so that EAP always remains responsive to the changing workplace,” says Tshifhiwa Mamaila, EAPA-SA President.
This year’s three-day conference expects over 300 Employee Assistance and wellness professionals, service providers and industry experts from all over the country to attend this increasingly growing and relevant event.
