“A culture of lifelong learning is critical to both individual and business success and the MBA gives a holistic view of management as well as to develop an individual’s leadership and managerial skills,” Van Zyl adds. “It remains an excellent departure point for those wanting to take their career to the next level or simply to move out of their comfort zone.”
