What is GITEX
GITEX is a platform through which leaders in tech business meet to drive the global transformation agenda.
South Africa’s top 16 tech start-ups selected largely from Seda’s incubation programme will exhibit their innovative tech products and services to over 100,000 visitors from 140 countries.
The Seda supported incubators from which these local start-ups are selected are Soft-Start BTI in Gauteng; SmartXchange in KZN; and TuksNovation in Gauteng. The start-ups will get a chance to be part of the business match-making process on a global platform.
This is also an opportunity to expose local start-ups to global markets; source new suppliers and information to enhance their products and services; benchmark their offerings against the best in the world; see and experience the latest trends and technologies; as well as formulate business relationships that can potentially accelerate the growth of their start-ups.
