Face It Head On.
Is something gnawing on your mind and causing stress? Facing it head on is the only way to get rid of it. Take 10-20 minutes and focus totally and exclusively on it. By bringing the issue front and centre you take away its power. Contemplate it, write it down or make a plan to get rid of it once and for all but once your 20 minutes are up, that issue should be sorted.
