Get Some Shut Eye.
Sleep is more important that we would like to think. Without a good night’s sleep, at least most of the week anyway, our brain doesn’t function at it’s best and everything that you needed to get done today won’t be done to the best of your abilities. Plus a lack of sleep has a knock on effect on your physical health so it’s pretty much a lose lose situation. Make those zzz’s a priority.
